Bee Incursions and Community Engagement

Backyard Honey's bee incursions provide safe real-life opportunities for clients of all ages to explore life in a honeybee colony, watch live bees at work , taste raw honeys, hear the buzz, handle apiary tools and talk to the beekeepers. We work with P-12 schools, Melbourne and Deakin University, Rotary Australia, City Councils and a range of community groups.

The option to include live bees, in our fully enclosed perspex beehive, brings the presentations to life.
